When you submit a request, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, ZIP code, phone number, and details about your home project. We also collect basic technical data (such as device and usage information) automatically when you use our site.

To deliver our core service, when you ask us to find a pro we share the project details you provide (such as your name, project type, area, and a contact phone number for a call) with the specific local professional we match you to, so they can contact you about your project by phone. This is the service you are requesting.
Separately and importantly: we do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or text-messaging programs. The professional we match you with does not text you through PairedPro's messaging program; only PairedPro sends texts.
We may also share information with service providers who help us operate (for example, hosting or telephony vendors) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

- You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us.
