1. Program description

The PairedPro messaging program ("Program") sends text messages to homeowners who have requested help finding a local home-service professional. After you submit a request on pairedpro.com and provide your mobile number, PairedPro may text you to confirm your project details, let you know when we have matched you with a local pro, and share updates related to your request.

PairedPro is the only sender in this Program. The professionals we match you with do not send text messages through this Program; a matched pro will contact you by phone.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number on the PairedPro request form and submitting it with the consent box checked. By doing so, you agree to receive recurring text messages from PairedPro at the number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of using PairedPro.

3. Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies based on your activity and the status of your request. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. PairedPro does not charge for the messages themselves.

4. How to opt out (STOP)

You can cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive texts from the Program. To rejoin, submit a new request on pairedpro.com.

5. Help (HELP)

For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at support@pairedpro.com. Replying HELP will return contact information for customer care.

6. Your privacy

We respect your privacy. PairedPro will not sell or share your mobile phone number, or any information collected as part of the SMS opt-in, with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Information you provide is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Carriers

Supported carriers may change, and we are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Eligibility

You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided and at least 18 years old to opt in. By opting in you confirm this is the case.

9. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
