1. The service

PairedPro is a free service that helps homeowners get matched with local home-service professionals. We gather details about your project and introduce you to one or more independent professionals who may be able to help.

2. We are not the contractor

PairedPro is not a home-service provider and does not perform, supervise, or guarantee any work. The professionals we match you with are independent third parties. Any agreement, quote, or work is solely between you and that professional. We do not guarantee the quality, licensing, insurance, pricing, or outcome of any professional's work. We check pros for reputation and reviews; we do not independently verify licensing or insurance unless expressly stated.

3. Contact consent

By submitting a request, you agree that PairedPro may contact you by phone, text, and email about your request, including using automated technology, at the number and email you provide. Consent to texts is not a condition of using PairedPro and can be withdrawn at any time (reply STOP to texts). See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the service only for lawful purposes and your own genuine project, and not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the service.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any match will result in a completed project.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PairedPro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts, omissions, or work of any professional you are matched with.
